CRY Uphaar was held on May 3 at Columbia Collective, Woodinville, WA, and was an inspiring evening dedicated to children’s rights attended by 180 guests. The evening included a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, dinner, donor appreciation, pledge session, bollywood music and dancing. Legendary Bollywood Celebrity Shabana Azmi appealed to the guests to support CRY America that works with projects to make transformative changes in the lives of children. Project Partner Lalitamma spoke about her Project PORD’s impact in Telangana. CRY America’s Fundraising Director, Patrick Bocco shared CRY America’s impact and achievements.
