Sanjeev is Vice President, FP&A at Caliber Collision. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sanjeev is passionate about fostering the next generation of leaders through education & mentorship. He is committed to initiatives that provide young people with the skills & resilience needed to succeed in an increasingly complex world.
MR Rangaswami is Founder & Chairman of the Board of Indiaspora. He is an entrepreneur, investor, corporate eco-strategy expert, community builder & philanthropist, who participated in the rapid expansion of the Silicon Valley software industry. He co-founded Sand Hill Group, one of the earliest “angel” investment firms & was named in the Forbes “Midas” list of investors. In 2012, he founded Indiaspora, a nonprofit community of powerful global Indian leaders from diverse professions who are committed to inspiring the diaspora by providing a platform to collaborate & catalyze social change.

Nakul Duggal serves as Group General Manager of Automotive, Industrial & Cloud, Qualcomm Technologies. Duggal is responsible for leading the Automotive, Industrial & Embedded IOT, & Cloud Computing Business Units globally. Over his career, he has held several engineering & management positions in the development & commercialization of Qualcomm’s wireless & application processor technologies, products & industry initiatives. Duggal holds a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering degree from M.S. University, India & an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
Subrat Tripathy serves as the Chief Segment Officer of Process (Sustainability) at L&T Technology Services (LTTS). With over 30 years of extensive experience across various roles & industry segments, Subrat brings invaluable business leadership, market insight, and strategic vision to LTTS. In his current position, he spearheads business development efforts in key client markets, driving the growth and expansion initiatives for Plant Engineering. Subrat’s experience includes managing business units, leading strategic initiatives, business development, relationship management and execution. His insightful experience has helped create business value spanning across three decades in the Engineering and Information Technology outsourcing space. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is certified in Business Leadership from Ross School of Business, Michigan University and INSEAD. Subrat is currently located in New Jersey, USA.

Overcoming malnutrition with timely intervention
Aditya, born prematurely at 7 months weighing only 1.2 kilograms, faced challenges due to his father’s daily wage labor and his mother caring for three daughters. CRY’s Project Vikas Samvad Samiti intervened with comprehensive measures including nutrition support, IYCF practices, hygiene, therapy, kitchen gardening, vaccinations, home visits, and counseling.
