Our CRY LA Chapter pulled off a vibrant Holi event around Castaic Lake on March 15 which was a celebration of spring & new hopes appreciated by all the participants, especially as they had recently dealt with weeks of wildfires tearing through the region. The event was attended by 200 people who enjoyed the music by DJ Hardik and food from Himalayan Momos, Pista House & Desi Gully. A special thank you to our volunteer leaders Varnica Singh, Manali Mehta, Mit Patel & Ashutosh Das. The event was successful despite the uncertain weather conditions. CRY San Diego Chapter hosted Holi celebrations on March 8 at the Miramar College Hourglass field with 1400 attendees. The event began with performances by students from local dance schools & Bollywood DJ Harshal kept the crowd on its feet. Refreshments were available from sponsor Rasraj. Attendees enjoyed playing bubble soccer and taking pictures in the 360° booth. CRY San Diego received a declaration announcing March 8, 2025 as CRY San Diego Holi day which was signed off by counsel members of districts in San Diego. A special thanks to all the event sponsors, participants & volunteers who made this event a success.

CRY Seattle Holi was held on March 15 at the Bellevue Downtown Park. Despite the unexpected rain, the enthusiasm of the participants brought sunshine to the day, making it a fun experience for all. Over 1000 participants enjoyed the vibrant colors and ensured that children across CRY America Projects have a brighter future.
