Job Position: Fundraising Manager (West Coast)

Location: Bay Area, CA

Qualifications & Person Profile:
● Masters degree (preferably business administration or marketing)
● Relevant experience (3 to 5 years) in non profit fundraising or corporate sales & marketing or event management
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Enjoys working with large numbers of high net worth individuals (HNIs) and businesses
● Flexible with traveling within California, Seattle and other major cities on the west coast (drive, fly)
● An understanding of India and the cause of underprivileged children
● Should be authorized to work in the United States

Fundraising Manager (West Coast) Role & Responsibilities:
● Ensure that CRY America meets/ exceeds its Fundraising objectives of revenue generation, higher profitability and effective donor relations.
● Analyze data/ trends and develop relevant Fundraising [West Coast] plans/ budgets to mobilize resources from HNI’s and institutions
● Ensure successful HNI CRY Galas in SFO/Bay Area; LA/Orange County; San Diego & Seattle towards increased brand visibility, fundraising and acquisition of high net worth donors
● Effective donor servicing/ p’ship building with HNIs and institutions (corporates, foundations, associations) towards increased retention and loyalty through personalized mailings, telecalling, meetings & project interface
● Explore and establish new avenues and channels to increase CRY America’s reach and resources from HNIs and corporates/ foundations in the West Coast, especially Bay Area & Seattle
● Represent CRY America at relevant high profile events, networks, workshops & forums on the West Coast, especially in the SFO/ Bay Area
● Establish and manage key media partnerships on the West Coast
● Support Volunteer Chapters efforts on the West Coast, especially Bay Area & Seattle
● Geographic priorities for high value donor acquisition and retention: SFO/Bay Area, LA/Orange County, San Diego & Seattle
